			<p>One of our latest 45 minute training nuggets &#39;Keeping You and Your Players Motivated&#39; will be delivered twice as part of the Derbyshire Sport Coaches&#39; Conference to be held on 19th May at Derby College. Ian Travers will be facilitating the sessions which will give coaches, leaders and parents the tools and techniques to keep their talented athletes engaged, energised and performing well.&nbsp;</p>

<p>This will be the 2nd annual Derbyshire Sport Coaches&#39; Conference. <h5>On 28th April 2013, Andrea Kemp will be taking part in the <a href="www.sporting-futures.org.uk/derby10k">Derby 10k</a> race to raise much needed funds for &#39;The SMILE Group&#39;, a voluntary group set up to support people with post natal depression.&nbsp;</h5>

<h5>It&#39;s her first 10k race so she&#39;s training hard, running up and down the Derbyshire hills and feeling healthier for it too!</h5>
