Course Feedback:

I attended this course as part of a group of Regional Managers from England Netball. I was new in post and found the course really useful. The tutor applied her experience of working for NGBs and referred to our England Netball policies throughout, making it particularly relevant to us. I’ve implemented my learning in my day to day work, especially during site visits and one-to-ones with staff. The knowledge I gained on team dynamics and team building techniques will no doubt continue to help me in my career as I move forward.
