Andy Whittaker is a trainer, author and frustrated comic. He is also an NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) trainer and master of time line therapy but, good news folks, he doesn’t like to brag about it. Andy is firmly rooted in the real world has been described as the best thing to come out of Morecambe since the M6 motorway.
Andy has spent a great deal of time observing behaviour in companies big and small. More importantly, he has spent his time learning about leadership, communication, human interaction and positive psychology. Andy co-wrote ‘The Art of Being Brilliant’ with Andy Cope and has claimed all the really good bits as his own.
Ian has worked in a project environment for over 20 years, holding a range of roles including Head of Proagramme Management at Rolls Royce Civil Aerospace.
Ian is passionate about helping others improve by looking at and understanding how we react to our circumstances.
Making the most of your time
Clare has a psychology background. Before establishing her own successful training company, she worked in communications, sport, sales and fundraising across media, charity and public sectors. Clare is a professional speaker for membership organisations and companies and a popular trainer for Podium.
Mindfulness and Clear Thinking
Rachel's skills combine osteopathy, western medical acupuncture and theraputic yoga. Rachel runs a holistic clinic in Derbyshire and is committed to helping others to feel great. She is a strong advocate of the use of mindfulness and similar practices to improve concentration and focus as well as mental, physical and emotional wellbeing.
Presenting with Confidence
Sally is a qualified Hypnotherapist and Occupational Therapist who thrives on helping others to achieve their goals. She uses a range of approaches to help individuals and groups with stress management, confidence building, goal setting, career planning, negotiation, team building and more. Sally runs a clinical hypnotherapy and stress management practice in Derbyshire.
